Attorney Alessandro Diaz-Barandiaran is a Florida Bar–licensed attorney whose practice focuses on Immigration, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most important legal challenges—whether protecting their rights after an accident, securing lawful status in the United States, or planning for the future through tailored estate strategies.

Alessandro is part of the second generation of leadership at Diaz-Solis & Associates, continuing a legacy of service that began with his father, Attorney Erwin Diaz-Solis, over 30 years ago. Together, they are expanding the firm’s full-service approach and leveraging innovative legal technology to improve client experience and efficiency.
Before joining the firm, Alessandro gained extensive experience in civil litigation through his work with prominent defense firms, where he focused on insurance defense, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. This background provides him with a strong foundation for advocating for his clients across multiple practice areas.
Alessandro earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Vice-President of the International Moot Court Program and Treasurer of the Hispanic Law Students Association. He also competed in international arbitration competitions, earning recognition for his legal writing and advocacy skills. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Miami College of Arts and Sciences and studied abroad at Sciences Po in Reims, France.
He is also an active member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Federal Bar Association (FBA).
Committed to service, advocacy, and community impact, Alessandro continues to build a practice that reflects both his professional excellence and deep-rooted dedication to helping others.
