Attorney Erwin Diaz-Solis is the founding attorney of Diaz-Solis & Associates, where he has dedicated over three decades to serving the immigrant and broader South Florida community with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
A proud member of the Florida Bar since 1995, Attorney Diaz-Solis founded the firm that same year with the mission of providing accessible, high-quality legal representation to individuals and families seeking a better future in the United States. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from a solo immigration practice into a full-service law firm representing clients across immigration, personal injury, and estate planning matters.
Erwin’s legal practice focuses on immigration law, where he has earned a distinguished reputation for excellence in asylum, family- and employment-based petitions, investor and executive visas (E-2, L-1, H-1B), and naturalization. He has successfully represented thousands of clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration Court, and federal authorities. His deep knowledge of the law, coupled with his personalized approach, has made him a trusted advocate among the immigrant community for nearly thirty years.
Beyond immigration, Attorney Diaz-Solis also has extensive experience representing victims of auto accidents and personal injury claims, where he has obtained numerous positive results for injured clients seeking justice and compensation.
A committed leader in his field, Erwin currently serves as Chair of the AILA South Florida Asylum Liaison Committee, where he works to strengthen coordination between immigration practitioners and government agencies. He also serves as President of the TUMI USA Award, a national organization recognizing outstanding contributions of Peruvian professionals in the United States, and is an active member of the Peruvian-American Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout his career, Attorney Diaz-Solis has been recognized for his dedication, professionalism, and leadership. His commitment to service continues to inspire the next generation of attorneys — including his son, Attorney Alessandro Diaz-Barandiaran — as they work together to expand the legacy of Diaz-Solis & Associates into a new era.
